Members can host a summer birthday party or any social event at the pool. An event with 10 persons or more in attendance is considered a “party” and must be scheduled minimum two weeks in advance. To see all party guidelines, check for availability, and schedule your party, please fill out the 2025 Pool Party Request Form and email to denise.carlton@charlotte-pmg.com with fairmeadowsswim@gmail.com in copy with all the details regarding your proposed event.
Our goal is maintaining safety at all times. The number of guards normally on duty are determined by average member usage. When members show up with 10 or more people without alerting CPM we run the risk of not having adequate staffing to maintain the safety our members.
