As we head into the busy pool season, please remember that all pool parties must be scheduled in advance through Carolina Pool Management (CPM).
A “party” is defined as any group gathering at the pool for a shared occasion that includes additional guests, decorations, cake, balloons, or similar items. These events require advance scheduling to ensure proper lifeguard coverage and to prevent overcrowding.
Please note:
• All pool parties must be scheduled in advance.
• Parties with 10 or more guests may require additional lifeguards.
• Larger parties may require Pool Board approval.
• Some dates (holidays, swim meets, or other events) may limit party availability.
Members who arrive with decorations and extra guests without a scheduled party may be asked
to reschedule.
These policies are in place to:
• Maintain safe swimmer-to-lifeguard ratios
• Prevent overcrowding
• Ensure proper staffing
• Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all members
